Wellness Actitivity: Using the Right Side of My Brain (Part 2)

As I wrote yesterday, I've been more tired than I should be, and so rather than using the left-side of my brain (the analytical side), I've decided to brainswitch and use the right side by posting photographs I like a lot. Henri Cartier-Bresson is another favorite photographer.

More tired than usual? Ha, you can say that again...I've been on that mode for weeks now!

Thanks for the mental break...I enjoyed the photos.

Dear Mariposa,
I've been feeling that way for a few weeks as well. I'm thinking it's the change in weather, but I'm hoping to overcome it.

Glad you like the photographs!

Hi Susan,

I LOVE Henri Cartier-Bresson, esp that photo of the boy with the bottles. Thanks for posting these.

D'you think it might be a good idea to switch to different sides of your brain on a regular basis? Not only when you get tired? This would be in an effort to keep life in balance. Mind you. switching from one side to the other, changing gears on such a continuous basis can be hard too.

Now-a-days I love diving into playing with my pictures with photoshop, making card and bookmarks, and framing extra special prints. It feeds me.

Dear Marja,
Yes, I believe there is a value in brainswitching on a regular basis. That's what gardening, photography, and music is doing for me.

I glad we share a love for Cartier-Bresson!

Dear Susan,

Thanks for sharing these pictures. They are very lovely!

I have been feeling rather tired recently too and I also enjoy more creative activities at such time.

Take care and hope you have a restful weekend!

Warm regards,
Nancie
