An Extraordinary Healing Experience

Dear Friends,
Yesterday was the most amazing day I can remember in a very long time. For the first time in my life, I went to a healer who truly healed me, and I can't even describe how well I feel.

Sometimes there are experiences that defy description. And somethings things happen that are so wonderful you want to savor them, and contemplate them privately rather than writing about them.

All I can say is that Judith Simon Prager is truly a miracle worker. And I feel so grateful for the time we spent together.

I'm taking today off. On Monday, I'll write the second post on Mood Charts and Journaling. See you then. Have a happy and healthy three days!

wonderful Susan...there really are healers out there...unfortunately most of them are NOT MDs.

you keep this special healing to yourself...some things ARE sacred.

much love to you.

Gianna,
"Sacred" was the word I couldn't think of last night when I posted this. But that's how I felt.

And because it was such an amazing feeling, I wanted to write it when I felt it in case I didn't feel as well this morning.

In the last two days, I had stopped taking both Adderall because I had too much energy, and Ativan because without the Adderall, it makes me feel depressed when I awaken.

For the last two nights I'd only slept for four hours each night when I usually sleep eight hours.

And it always takes two to four weeks of "terrible sleep" and really bad dreams for the Ativan to get out of my system.

But I slept like a baby last night, and I awakened with a "sense of calm" that I haven't felt in a really long time.

It's truly a miracle Gianna.

Love,
Susan

Dear CK,
And thank your for writing. It sounds like Scotland was/is (?) equally healing for you. But, isn't it grand when anything works?

Dear Mariposa,
Welcome back, and you're welcome for the good wishes while you were gone.

I'll have to email more about this to you offline, since it might sound a bit weird/wonderful, strange/odd to others. But, I know you'll find it interesting!

Love,
Susan

I'm a new reader of the blog but, please post your experience for others to read. A way we can legitimize alternative therapies is to share them. I find pharmaceuticals to be a "wierd" "strange/odd" approach to a condition which I think results from energy imbalances. Please consider sharing with the group -- you sound very excited by the session and I'd love to hear more about it.

Dear Manic Cat,
Ask and ye shall be rewarded! I'll write about it later in the week! You make some good points, and I'm happy to oblige.
